Mike Vickers – Managing Director
I am ambitious and highly driven Managing Director of Leverage Projects. We offer quality fully managed building services to both residential and commercial customers. Combining a number of quality trades and disciplines. Our commercial clients include property managers and FM managers who demand an organisation that knows the customer’s needs and provides a professional service as standard. We carry these standards into the residential markets ensuring the same level of safety, service and quality.
Leverage Projects current projects are in fitout and building works for commercial and industrial sectors as well as a number of residential schemes.
We pride ourselves on a fully transparent service and client satisfaction. Working with you at all times making sure all projects run as smoothly as possible from start to finish, whilst ensuring the project is delivered within budget and on time.
Bob Evans – Technical Support Manager
Bob has been in the construction business since 1973 having served his time as a joiner, obtained a HNC in building and studied the Institute of Building exams in construction management.
Bob built Qufab Construction ltd from an idea to a multi million pound business from 1990 to 2005. This business focused on the commercial sector and had many blue chip customers including Scottish Power, NGC, Siemens, ABB and many more. Bob retired from Qufab Construction in 2005 and has been a business and construction consultant for the past ten years.
Bob is now supporting Butler Builders to grow the business is a sustainable and predicable manner to ensure the grow is strong and the business is set up to go onto great things.
Bob’s Skills include construction marketing, design and build, construction cost control, leadership, project management, estimating, quantity surveying among a few.
Andrew has brought Bob into the business to support him with Bob’s experience and knowledge. A safe pair of hands you could say.
Keith Crowther – Operations Manager
Member of CMI Chartered Management Institute in Leadership.
Keith has over 30 years experience in the Construction and Oil and Gas Industry.
Initially trained as a bricklayer but continued in to site and project management in the UK and Overseas responsible for projects from 1 million to 50 million.
Keith is also a qualified Health and Safety assessor and is IOSH trained.
Main strengths experience of managing all aspects of the project from inception to completion.
