We employ contract managers, site foreman, joiners, bricklayers, labourers and ground workers directly. On larger project we bring in sub-contractors to help us that have a proven track record working with us.

We keep our client informed each month on the expected final account.

Fast estimate also give us a break down of our labour, materials and plant costs. We use the labour budget to plant the element durations so we can plan the project time line.
