We have a wealth of experience in the re-fit market. We undertake refurbishment and new build works in industrial and commercial buildings.

We specialise in Cat A fit out projects undertaking blockwork, partitioning, jumbo stud walls, dry lining, plastering, joinery, decoration, flooring, tiling, suspended ceilings and mechanical and electrical works.

With Building occupiers, we then undertake Cat B fit-out contracts including kitchens, demountable partitioning, reception areas, data and telecoms installations, window blinds and furniture.

Our dedicated team are highly skilled and experienced in controlling budgets, timelines and delivering a working environment that meets your needs.

    We are a growing fit-out and  and building company. Our current size of projects are between £10,000 to £1,000,000. We are small but we deliver projects with the same professional approach of a large contractor.

  • How do you control time, the budget, quality and safety?

    Leverage Projects use processes and systems to control our business and the build process. This starts off by using HBXL estimating software to estimate our work. We then use this to negotiate with our clients during the tender stage and to measure and bill any change in the work as the project goes forward. We keep our client informed each month on the expected final account.

    HBXL estimating software also give us a break down of our labour, materials and plant costs. We use the labour budget to plan the element duration so we can plan the project time line.

    We work to quality and H&S management systems to control both quality and safety, with H&S support from Courtley H&S Ltd in Knowsley.
